At Woffy Buzz, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, replacements, and cancellations are processed for our accessories and gadget-related products.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact.
3. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

Clearance or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
